At St. Henry, we are blessed with a parish community that reflects Bayonne’s growth and change in recent
years. To assure that we are continuing to serve the needs of our parishioners, we have developed a
questionnaire that will give all our members a chance to express their views and identify areas that we need
to develop further. This survey will be an important step in our future growth, and I ask you to please spend
some time and complete it to the best of your ability.
We realize that some families may wish to complete more than one survey to reflect the different needs
and opinions of various individuals in the household. Additional copies may be obtained at the rectory, at
the back of church, or by visiting our website www.sthenry.net, where the questionnaire may be downloaded
and printed out. We ask that the survey be completed by June 30th and returned by mail, in person, or by
depositing it in the Sunday offering basket.
